Blitz-Fit is a fitness conditioning program created by Dylan Suarez – DScrossfitness.com with similarities to crossfit but designed to be quick and efficient for individuals who do not have hours a day to dedicate to fitness. Blitz-Fit workouts can be scored and recorded in order to see progress once workouts are repeated and typically consist of 10 minute to the point active warm ups, and then circuit or interval style workouts lasting from as short as 2-5 minutes but no longer than 10-20 minutes. www.DScrossfitness.com
